If you do not agree with any part of these terms please exit the website immediately and do not use our website or purchase our products.

You must be 18 years of age or older to purchase from Dustline Precision. Our products include firearms accessories and other items intended for adults only. By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age. Dustline Precision reserves the right to cancel any order where age eligibility cannot be reasonably confirmed.
3. Products and Orders
All products sold by Dustline Precision are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time without notice. By placing an order you represent that the information you provide is accurate and complete, including your age and shipping address.
Dustline Precision reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion including but not limited to cases involving inaccurate product or pricing information, suspected fraudulent activity, or violations of these terms.
4. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. Payment is processed securely through GoDaddy Payments at the time of purchase. Dustline Precision does not store your payment information directly.
In the event of a pricing error Dustline Precision reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund regardless of whether the order has been confirmed.
5. Shipping
Dustline Precision currently ships within the United States and Canada only. Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Dustline Precision is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs processing, or circumstances outside of our control.
Risk of loss and title for products pass to the customer upon delivery to the carrier. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure accurate delivery information is provided at the time of order.

7. Intellectual Property
All content on dustlineprecision.com including but not limited to product designs, CAD files, 3D models, textures, graphics, photographs, images, product descriptions, written content, logos, brand name, and the overall look and feel of the website are the exclusive intellectual property of Dustline Precision and are protected under applicable United States and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
All product designs offered by Dustline Precision are original works created solely by Dustline Precision. No product design, texture, pattern, geometry, or derivative work may be reproduced, copied, reverse engineered, manufactured, sold, or distributed in any form without the express prior written consent of Dustline Precision.
All photographs and images on this website are original works owned exclusively by Dustline Precision. Unauthorized use, reproduction, distribution, or modification of any image or photograph from this website is strictly prohibited.

It is the sole responsibility of the customer to ensure that any product purchased from Dustline Precision is legal to own, purchase, and use in their jurisdiction. This includes but is not limited to any firearms accessories or regulated items purchased from Dustline Precision. Dustline Precision assumes no responsibility for the legal compliance of product use by the customer.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law Dustline Precision's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to your purchase or use of our products shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific product giving rise to the claim.
In no event shall Dustline Precision be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of profits, loss of data, personal injury, or property damage arising out of or in connection with your use of our products or website, even if Dustline Precision has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Dustline Precision and its owners, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses including reasonable legal fees arising out of or relating to your use of our products or website, your violation of these Terms and Conditions, or your violation of any applicable law or regulation.
12. Compliance with Laws
Dustline Precision sells firearms accessories and other products intended for lawful use only. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, provincial, and local laws and regulations governing the purchase, possession, and use of any product purchased from Dustline Precision. This includes but is not limited to any firearms accessories or regulated items purchased. Dustline Precision assumes no liability for unlawful use of any product sold.
13. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions or any purchase made through dustlineprecision.com, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting Dustline Precision at gd@dustlineprecision.com. Dustline Precision will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue within 14 days of receiving written notice of the dispute.
If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 14 days the matter shall be submitted to binding arbitration in the State of New York under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall be conducted in English and the arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.
You agree to waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class wide arbitration against Dustline Precision.
14. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions and any dispute arising out of or relating to them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
15. Force Majeure
Dustline Precision shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in fulfilling orders or obligations under these Terms and Conditions arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control including but not limited to natural disasters, supply chain disruptions, carrier failures, platform outages, or any other event outside of Dustline Precision's reasonable control. In such circumstances Dustline Precision will make reasonable efforts to notify affected customers and fulfill outstanding orders as soon as reasonably possible.
16. Changes to These Terms
Dustline Precision reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of our website or any purchase made after the updated date constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
17. Severability
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed if modification is not possible, without affecting the enforceability of the remaining provisions.

1. Overview
At Dustline Precision we take pride in the quality of every product we ship. Each item is hand inspected before it leaves our hands. In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or is not the right item we are committed to making it right.
2. Eligibility
Damaged or Defective Items: A return and full refund are guaranteed if your item arrived damaged or defective and the damage or defect did not occur in your possession. The item must be returned in the condition it was in when the claim was submitted and documented — packaging does not need to be intact provided the damage is consistent with what was originally reported.
Incorrect Item Received: If the item delivered does not match what you ordered due to an error on our part, a full refund will be issued upon return of the incorrect item in the condition it was received. Return shipping in this case is covered by Dustline Precision.
Preference Returns: If you ordered the wrong product and wish to return it, a full refund will be issued provided:
No restocking fee will be charged on preference returns. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Any preference return received in opened, used, damaged, or altered condition will not be eligible for a refund.
Sale Items: Items purchased at a discounted or sale price are not eligible for preference returns. Damaged, defective, or incorrect item claims on sale purchases remain fully covered under this policy.
3. Reporting a Damaged or Incorrect Item
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or does not match your order you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery. To initiate a claim please email gd@dustlineprecision.com with the following:
Claims submitted outside of the 48 hour window fall outside of our guaranteed return and refund policy. However we encourage you to reach out regardless — see Section 8.
4. Carrier and Environmental Damage
Dustline Precision is not responsible for damage caused by the delivery carrier or as a result of the package being left in environmental conditions after delivery. We encourage all customers to:
If your package shows no external damage upon delivery but the product inside is found to be damaged upon opening, this is distinct from carrier or environmental damage. Please contact us within 48 hours as outlined in Section 3 and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

Once your claim is reviewed and approved we will offer one of the following options at your discretion:
Replacement items are subject to product availability. If a replacement is unavailable store credit or a full refund will be offered instead.

Dustline Precision does not offer direct product exchanges. If you wish to receive a different product please initiate a preference return for a refund and place a new order.
